Questions
Good to know before we start.
How long does a project take?
Every property is different, so we don’t post fixed timelines. Scope, permits, weather and material lead times all play a part. You’ll get a realistic schedule during discovery, before anything is built.
Do you only work in Middle Tennessee?
We build in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin and Belle Meade. Our Design Only service works for homeowners anywhere in the country: we design remotely and your local builder uses our plans.
Can I use my own builder?
Yes. With Design Only you get a complete 3D design and construction plan set that any qualified builder can price and build from.
What does it cost?
Every project is priced from its design. Design + Build projects typically start around $200,000, and Design Only is quoted to the size of the project. Your first consultation is free, and you’ll get a starting budget range before any design work begins.
When should I reach out?
As early as you can. Design comes first, so starting in fall or winter puts you in line to build when the weather turns. If you’re building a new home, bring us in before the plans are final.
